What you can ask about

  • Tool ideas: is there a pet calculator or checklist you wish existed? Tell us — new tools start as reader suggestions all the time.
  • Corrections: spotted a number, phrase, or link that looks off? We will fix it and thank you for it.
  • Privacy & ads: questions about our Privacy Policy or how ads on the site work.
  • Partnerships: if you run a pet blog, shelter, or brand and think we should talk, we're listening.

How fast we'll reply

We aim to reply to every genuine message within a few business days. Sometimes it is faster; during busy stretches it can take a little longer. Either way, your message will not go into a black hole.

A quick tip: the more detail you include (which tool you were using, what device or browser), the faster we can help.

One important note

We are pet lovers and researchers — not veterinarians. We cannot give medical advice or help with a health emergency. If your pet needs urgent care, please contact your veterinarian or the nearest animal emergency clinic immediately instead of waiting for an email reply.

Before you write: quick answers

Many questions are answered somewhere on the site already. A quick check may get you an answer faster than email:

  • How does a tool work? — every tool page has a "How it works" section and FAQs right below the calculator.
  • Are your tools free? — yes, all 30 tools are completely free, no account needed.
  • Is this medical advice? — no. Our tools are estimates for fun and planning only; see our Disclaimer.
  • How is my data used? — see our Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect very little and never sell anything.

Report a problem

If a calculator is misbehaving — a button does nothing, a result looks wrong, or a page looks broken on your phone — please tell us exactly what happened. The most helpful reports include: which tool you were using (the page address), what device and browser you were on, and what you expected versus what you saw. Screenshots are welcome too.

We do not use your details for anything else — no newsletters, no marketing, no sharing. If your question needs a bit of research (for example, checking a tool's math), it may take us a little longer, but we will get back to you.
